01. Service Protocol
By engaging Macwinn Service Centre for hardware recovery, you authorize our technical units to perform necessary diagnostics and repairs as identified in the diagnostic report.
02. Liability Limitation
While we maintain high-precision standards, hardware repair inherently carries risks. Macwinn is not liable for data loss occurring during the recovery process. Clients are strictly advised to execute full system backups prior to technician interaction.
03. Warranty and Parts
Warranty on technical interventions is limited to the specific faults addressed and the specific components utilized. Physical damage or liquid ingress post-repair voids all structural warranties.
