02. Information Collection

Information gathered includes, but is not limited to: Name, Contact Credentials, Operational Coordinates (Address), and Hardware Identification (IMEI/Serial Numbers).

03. Hardware Access

To perform structural repairs and functional diagnostics, our technical units may require temporary access to device software. We mandate strict internal non-disclosure protocols for all technicians handling client hardware.
